Medicinal diet for treating Peyronie's disease
1. Take 80 grams of fresh kelp, 50 grams of mung beans, and 30 grams of white rice. First, cook the mung beans and kelp until they are cooked, then add the rice and cook into porridge. Add white sugar to taste. Take once a day for half a month as one course of treatment.
2. Take 100g of fresh kelp, 75g of tofu, and appropriate amounts of salt, vinegar, and MSG. Wash the kelp, cut it into strips, add water to make soup, and after the soup boils, cut the tofu into small pieces and add it to the soup. Add the seasonings and cook until the kelp is tender. Eat once a day.
3. Grind 30g of tangerine peel, 24g of pinellia, and 18g of tangerine pith into a coarse powder. Place in half a liter of liquor and seal. Soak for 7 days, shaking several times daily. Filter, add 500ml of distilled water to the liquid, and boil in an earthenware pot for several minutes to dissolve. Bottle. Shake before use to prevent sedimentation. Initially, take 2ml each time, diluted with 3ml of water, twice a day after breakfast and dinner. Drink plenty of water afterward. Stop taking the medicine for 2 days after one week.
Daily precautions for Peyronie's disease
1. Avoid smoking, spicy and irritating foods.
2. Keep the area clean; underwear should be loose and soft.
3. Reduce unhealthy sexual stimulation. During intercourse, movements should be gentle and not too forceful to prevent injury to the corpora cavernosa of the penis.
4. Actively treat atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, etc.
Penile cancer
Penile cancer refers to malignant tumors occurring near the frenulum, glans penis, coronal sulcus, external urethral opening, and penile shaft. It is a relatively rare malignant tumor. This disease commonly occurs in individuals aged 31-60, accounting for approximately 77%-88% of cases. Its incidence is closely related to hygiene conditions.
Causes of disease
The etiology of this disease is not fully understood, but the following aspects are relatively certain:
1. Long-term irritation from smegma, a chemical carcinogen.
2. Phimosis or redundant foreskin leads to frequent local inflammation, which over time causes degeneration and deterioration of local penile tissue cells. More than half of the patients seen clinically have phimosis.
3. Precancerous lesions: Many precancerous lesions of penile cancer can induce and develop into penile cancer, including penile keratosis, penile trichophyton, condyloma acuminata, penile leukoplakia, and proliferative penile erythroplakia.
transfer pathways
Cancerous tumors generally do not invade the urethra due to the protection of the tunica albuginea of the corpus spongiosum. Their metastatic pathways are roughly as follows:
1. Direct infiltration: Invasion of the penile shaft and infiltration into the genitals.
2. Lymphatic metastasis: leading to enlargement of the inguinal lymph node group, internal and external iliac lymph node group, and affecting other organs.
3. Hematogenous metastasis: It can invade the liver, lungs, kidneys, pericardium, etc., but this is less common.
