Treatment and recuperation of common diseases
How does Western medicine treat this?
1. Antibacterial treatment: If prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, etc. are present, sensitive antibiotics should be selected for treatment, such as compound sulfamethoxazole, norfloxacin, minocycline, etc.
2. α-Amylase treatment: α-Amylase can promote semen liquefaction. 5 mg of α-Amylase can be injected into the vagina before intercourse, or α-Amylase suppositories can be inserted into the vagina.
3. Add normal human seminal plasma to the semen to promote liquefaction. However, it is necessary to first confirm that the seminal plasma does not contain antisperm antibodies, is free from infection, and has been subjected to high-speed centrifugation to remove sediment and freeze-thaw three times beforehand.
4. Ejaculate the semen into a container filled with culture medium, and repeatedly aspirate with a syringe with an 18 or 19 gauge needle until the semen is thin. After centrifugation and washing twice, the sperm is resuspended in a certain amount of culture medium for artificial insemination.
5. If the semen is too viscous, the fractional ejaculation method can be used. Leave the first three ejaculations inside the vagina, then immediately withdraw the penis, expelling the remaining semen outside. This is because the latter part of the semen mainly contains seminal vesicle secretions, resulting in a higher viscosity.
How does Traditional Chinese Medicine differentiate syndromes and treat diseases?
