First, bring it to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until it is 70% cooked. Add the winter melon slices and cook until done. Add salt and MSG to taste and serve. Consume once every other day.

6. Take 500 grams of mutton, 100 grams of ginger, and 5 grams of pepper. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 1 hour. Eat the meat and drink the soup.

9. Boil 200 grams of deer marrow and 100 ml of honey together and take 50 grams each time, 1-2 times a day.

How to perform massage therapy

1. Massage the perineum: Lie on your back and place the tip of your right middle finger on the perineum, which is the midpoint between the anus and the scrotum. Make a gentle rotating motion and massage for 1 to 2 minutes until you feel a slight warmth and distension in the perineum.

2. Massage the lower abdomen: Lie on your back with your abdomen relaxed and your breathing even. Place your right palm on the Qihai and Guanyuan acupoints below your navel, and place your left hand on the back of your right hand to massage in a clockwise direction, from top to bottom, from light to heavy. The frequency is generally controlled at 50 to 100 times per minute for 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Tapping the lumbosacral region: Lie prone, the practitioner bends their five fingers together into a loose fist, and uses the ulnar side of the little finger to apply pressure to the Shenshu acupoint, tapping rhythmically up and down to the Xialiao acupoint for 1-2 minutes. The force should be steady, gradually increasing from light to heavy, and the speed should be even and continuous.

4. Pressing the Eight Liao Points: Lie prone. The practitioner uses the tip of the thumb or the proximal joint of the middle finger to apply pressure to the Eight Liao points, pressing and kneading firmly. The movements should be steady and quick, and the time should not be too long. Generally, press each point for 1 minute.

5. Acupressure: Select acupoints such as Qugu, Zhongji, Yinlingquan, Shenshu, Zhishi, and Pangguanshu. The practitioner uses the thumb or the pads of the index, middle, and ring fingers to press and rub the above acupoints. The pressure should be steady, gradually increasing from light to heavy, until a certain pressure is felt before continuing to rub. Select 2-3 acupoints each time, and rub each acupoint for 1 minute.

The above techniques are used for ejaculation pain caused by prostatitis.

What should we pay attention to in daily life?

1. A light diet is recommended, avoiding smoking, alcohol, and spicy or rich foods.

2. The cause should be identified, especially if the pain during ejaculation is caused by infection. The pain can only be relieved after the lesion is treated.

3. Sexual activity should be regular, avoiding excessive frequency, over-excitement, or rough handling. Maintain hygiene of the genitals and avoid infections caused by unprotected sex. Avoid masturbation.

4. Participate in appropriate physical activities, such as walking, jogging, Tai Chi, etc.

Priapism

Priapism is a prolonged, painful erection of the corpora cavernosa without sexual desire. In sexually normal, healthy men, an erection can last from several minutes to over an hour with sexual stimulation or desire, generally without discomfort. Priapism is defined as an erection lasting for several hours without sexual desire or stimulation, accompanied by penile pain. Priapism is an acute condition that usually does not resolve spontaneously. Patients often experience difficulty urinating or are unable to urinate independently, frequently requiring catheterization to empty the bladder.

Based on the characteristics of hemodynamic changes, this disease is divided into high-flow type and blood flow stasis type priapism. The former has bluish-gray penile tissue, milder pain, and a better prognosis; the latter has a hard, wood-like penis that has lost its elasticity, severe pain, and a poorer prognosis.

Causes of disease

1. Nervous system lesions: Cerebrovascular lesions, spinal cord tumors, inflammation, trauma and other central nervous system lesions can cause excessive excitation of the spinal cord center or direct stimulation of the dorsal nerve of the penis.

2. Blood disorders: such as chronic myeloid leukemia, thalassemia, polycythemia vera, thrombocytopenia, sickle cell anemia, which cause blood deposition in the corpora cavernosa of the penis and obstruct the return of blood from the efferent veins.

3. Local penile lesions: phimosis, gonorrhea, circumcision, urethral stones, local or pelvic tumors, penile trauma, local irritation, or obstruction of venous blood flow.

4. Medications: Medications for treating mental illness such as methaqualone, diazepam, thiamethoxam, and chlorpromazine; antihypertensive drugs such as guanethidine, reserpine, and prazosin; anticoagulant drugs such as heparin; penile vasoactive drugs such as papaverine and phentolamine; and topical medications for the glans penis such as cocaine, cannabis, and ethanol.

About 30% of priapism cases have no obvious cause, but are estimated to be related to genetics or prolonged sexual arousal.
